Abbey Bike Tools Fork Seal Press Kit of 6 for 32-40mm Stanchions

Saved me a trip to the shop.

I was using a PVC pipe and a mallet before. This kit is so much better. The sizes are spot on and it presses the seals in evenly without damaging them. Great quality.

The kit is well made and covers all common sizes. It does exactly what it says. However, it's a bit expensive for something I'll only use occasionally. But if you work on your own forks, it's a worthwhile investment.

I've struggled with installing fork seals for years, using various DIY methods that often scratched the stanchions or seated the seal crooked. This Abbey press kit is a game-changer. The cups fit perfectly over the seals and press them in smoothly. The case is also nice for storage. I've used it on 32, 35, and 36mm forks so far, and it's been flawless. Definitely worth the money.

The tool itself is well made and the sizes fit well. But I have a 41mm fork (uncommon), and it didn't work for that. So it's good for standard forks, but not for weird sizes. Otherwise, it works as intended.

This kit made replacing the dust wipers on my Fox 36 a breeze. The sizes are precise and the press is easy to use. It's a solid investment that will pay for itself. Also, it's on sale right now, so grab it.

The outer diameter of the cups are too big for my 32mm stanchions. They wouldn't fit in the lower. Had to return.
