Iron Bridge Tools is an independent multi-brand specialist retailer. We are not an official brand store for any manufacturer featured on our site. We curate and sell genuine products from brands including Black+Decker, Victron Energy, Fanttik, and Abbey Bike Tools, but we are not authorized to make representations on behalf of these brands beyond the scope of our own sales and service obligations described here.

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, please review these terms with a parent or guardian before making a purchase.

2. Site Use and Acceptable Conduct

Every product listing on Iron Bridge Tools is manually reviewed before publication. We verify product names, model numbers, and specifications against the brand's official data, and we check that imagery and packaging show correct branding. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photos, and specifications are accurate and current.

However, minor discrepancies can occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other catalog content are entirely error-free. If a product arrives and materially differs from its listing, please refer to our Returns and Refunds section below.

5. Pricing and Promotions

All prices on Iron Bridge Tools are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices include applicable taxes at checkout where required by law. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; however, the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that transaction.

Our pricing model is built on efficiency, not lower quality. We operate online-only with a single regional fulfillment hub, purchase in volume across our four core brands, and run a lean cross-trained team. These savings are passed to you in the form of competitive everyday prices. We also negotiate with authorized distributors and take advantage of supplier co-op allowances, which periodically help fund promotions without inflating list prices.

Prices vary between products and brands because of differences in component costs, brand pricing structures, warranty programs, and shipping dimensions. When our inbound costs change, our prices adjust accordingly — but always before checkout, never after your order is placed.

Promotional code SAVE10 provides 10% off eligible items at checkout. Coupon eligibility is determined by our checkout system and may exclude certain products, brands, or categories. The discount is a genuine reduction from our standard price — never an inflated reference price. Promotions are funded through supplier co-op allowances, inventory surplus discounts, and operational savings from our efficient model.

6. Order Acceptance and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. We may, in our discretion, decline to accept an order for reasons that include but are not limited to: the unavailability of a product, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after processing payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Payment methods accepted: Credit cards and PayPal. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the full amount at checkout, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes. Orders ship to the confirmed shipping address only; we cannot redirect packages once dispatched.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45.00. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat $8.00 standard shipping fee. Shipments originate from our regional fulfillment hub in the Pacific Northwest and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We will assist with carrier claims if a package is lost or damaged in transit, provided you contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery window.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Iron Bridge Tools. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
• Items must not show signs of use, installation, or modification beyond basic inspection.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• To begin a return, contact us at support@ironbridgetools.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The refund includes the full purchase price paid for the item. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective, misdescribed, or non-genuine product.

9. Warranties

Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Each manufacturer provides specific warranty coverage for their goods. Please refer to the product page or the documentation included with your item, or contact our support team at support@ironbridgetools.us for guidance on specific warranty coverage.

Iron Bridge Tools does not itself extend the manufacturer's warranty, nor do we modify the terms of any manufacturer warranty. As an independent retailer, we will facilitate warranty claims where possible, but the manufacturer is the ultimate warrantor of their branded products. Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

10. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

We guarantee that all products sold through Iron Bridge Tools are genuine, sourced through authorized channels, and in original packaging. We procure exclusively from authorized distributors, direct brand partnerships, and verified liquidation channels that provide original documentation. We do not purchase from unknown marketplaces, auction sites, or unverified third-party sellers.

To maintain this standard, we conduct random spot checks on incoming shipments across every batch, inspecting model numbers, serial markings, seal integrity, and packaging finish. Any unit that fails inspection is returned to the distributor and never offered for sale.

If You Suspect a Product Is Not Genuine

If you have evidence that a product you received is not genuine, here is what to do:

1. Contact us at support@ironbridgetools.us or legal@ironbridgetools.us with your order number or proof of purchase, the product model number, clear photos of the item (including packaging and any security labels or holograms), and a short description of your concern.
2. Our quality team will log your claim and review it within 1 business day.
3. We will compare your submission against our sourcing documentation and spot-check records.
4. If needed, we may request additional photos or ask you to contact the brand for confirmation.
5. We provide a final verdict and remedy within 5 business days of verifying your claim.

Authenticity remedy: If you provide evidence that a product is not genuine, we offer a prepaid return, a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping, and a $25 store credit as compensation. We also escalate the supplier to the brand's anti-counterfeiting team for further investigation.

Resolution commitment: If your claim is valid, we issue the remedy immediately and cover all return shipping costs. If your claim is not valid, we explain the evidence step by step and offer guidance on how the product can be tested further. We stand behind our authenticity guarantee unconditionally for the duration of the product warranty period.

Inspection guidance: Upon delivery, we recommend that you compare the packaging and product markings with the images and descriptions on the product page, and test the tool before installation. If anything appears inconsistent, contact us with photos and we will investigate immediately.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and software — is the property of Alder & Iron Holdings LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. Brand names and logos that appear on our site (Black+Decker, Victron Energy, Fanttik, Abbey Bike Tools, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners and appear here solely for product identification purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute our site content without prior written consent.

12. Service Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

We aim to keep the Iron Bridge Tools website available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or capacity reasons without prior notice. We may also discontinue features or portions of the catalog at our discretion.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, for the resolution of any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement or your use of our site.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. Substantive changes — those that affect your rights or obligations — will become effective 14 days after posting, or immediately if required by law.
