Victron Energy SmartSolar MPPT MC4 VE.Can 250/100 Charge Controller – Bluetooth, 12/24/36/48V

I'm using this to manage a 4kW array at 48V, and it works flawlessly. The VE.Can port allows me to connect multiple controllers and monitor via the Color Control GX. The Bluetooth app is also handy. Highly recommended.

This controller is a beast. Handles 250V input with no issues, and the 100A output is perfect for my system. The installation was easy, and the MC4 connectors are a nice touch – no extra cable needed. Victron really knows what they're doing.

The controller itself is great – efficient and reliable. But the setup can be a bit overwhelming for someone new to solar. The manual is dense, and the app has many options. However, once you get it running, it's excellent.

I've used many MPPT controllers, and this one is by far the best. The Bluetooth connectivity is stable, and I can monitor everything from my phone. The VE.Can port is a bonus for future expansion. Worth the investment.

If you're new to solar, this controller might be too much. The setup is complicated, and the manual assumes prior knowledge. Once operational, it works fine, but the learning curve is steep. Also, the price is high.

I have a 48V off-grid system with 3kW of solar. This controller handles it beautifully. The Bluetooth app is user-friendly, and the MC4 cables made installation quick. The build quality is premium. I'm very satisfied.

The controller performance is excellent – efficient and reliable. But the Bluetooth app has occasional connection drops, which is annoying. However, the controller itself works perfectly. I hope Victron fixes the app soon.
