Victron Energy MPPT WireBox-XL MC4 VE.Can for 150/250V 85/100A Solar Charge Controllers

I needed a safe enclosure for my SmartSolar 250/100 and this was exactly what I needed. The MC4 connectors are solid, the VE.Can interface worked flawlessly with my system. Installation was straightforward. Highly recommend for any serious solar install.

Works as described. The wirebox is sturdy and the MC4 connections fit snugly. However, make sure you have enough clearance in your setup because it's a bit bulkier than expected. Other than that, it's a quality product.

Half price for a genuine Victron part? Yes please. Built like a tank, easy to wire, and the VE.Can communication is spot on. My system is running smoothly.

It does the job, but the terminal blocks are a bit cramped when using larger gauge wire. Took longer than expected to wire up. But once done, it's solid.

Typical Victron quality—nothing cheap about it. The strain relief is robust, the lid seals well. Feels reassuring for a permanent install.

Bought for my 85A controller. Fits well and keeps the connections safe. Only wish it came with a few more cable glands, but not a deal breaker.

It's smaller than it appears in photos. I had trouble fitting my 250V controller's cables. Maybe works for smaller setups, but for mine it was a headache.
